Lets start with the overall design and look:
The feeling is really warm, the sun is a pronounced star in this shot, i like it like this. Plus, the flare adds focus on it. I really like the small details as well, like the light bokeh's and the little planet above the sun reflecting some minor light. Well done! You already get 3
Now lets move on to the technique, I like how the texture of the world in front of you is sharp, but the size, or better said, the angle looks off. The world looks like an egg, its not totally round. I think its due to the FOV in the viewport, idk. Next on is the flare, though it gives a nice feel etc. you could have made it more pronounced, plus it seems a bit off when it connects, or, blends like that with the glow of the planet. like its beneath the layer? I'll give you 4
